Obama's Wrong Way of Doing Things Right

During his campaign, then-presidential candidate Barack Obama cast then-President George W. Bush as doing everything wrong.  So, what will President Obama do right?

If his first steps are any indication - not much.  A successful presidency does not come from taking classroom theory on failed political systems and saying "I can make it work."

On his second day in office, for example, Obama called for Israel to open its border with Gaza.  He wants a lasting peace between Israel and the Palestinians.  A noble idea, albeit Pollyanna.  He seems to believe Hamas will end its rocket fire into Israel after polite negotiation and an Israeli withdraw from Gaza.

Obama's naiveté may warm the hearts of liberal classroom theorists who, like himself, believe we can all get along if we just talk and make nice-nice.  Israelis knows better, having experienced the treachery and deceit of Hamas. 

I don't condemn Obama for wanting to end the conflict, but legitimizing Hamas and undermining Israel's security is not the formula for success.

While expressing this deep concern for loss of life in the Middle East, Obama apparently lacks similar concern about the murder of unborn children.

Abortion is the number-one modern killer of blacks in America.  Thousands of unborn babies of all races are killed daily here.  A demographic-shattering 36.3 percent of aborted babies in 2000 were black.

While it is considered horrific that 3,446 blacks were lynched in the U.S. between 1882 and 1968, it's appalling there is not the same outcry that the same number of unborn blacks are currently put to death every few days.

Obama may deflect his shame on the abortion question by saying he supports a woman's "right to choose," but that denies the sanctity of life.  An early Obama executive order on "family planning" also denies taxpayers the choice of whether their tax dollars will support policies that murder the unborn abroad.

It is inconsistent to advocate for the comfort of committed terrorists while facilitating the genocide of unborn children.  Pursuant to that point, Obama's signing of another executive order to close the Guantanamo Bay detention center implies that he has more compassion for terrorists than for the unborn.

During the campaign, Obama also attacked the ethics and reputations of members of the Bush Administration and the former president for appointing them.  Yet Obama has selected a Treasury Secretary who allegedly forgot to pay his taxes.

He is also hiring a lobbyist, William Lynn, for deputy Defense Secretary even though he swore lobbyists would not influence his administration.  He appointed William V. Corr, the executive director of the anti-cigarette special interest group Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, as deputy secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services.   His choice for Secretary of Health and Human Services is former senator Tom Daschle.  Although Daschle is not a registered lobbyist himself, he has worked as an advisor for one of DC's major lobbying firms since 2006.

Despite all of his raw criticism of the Bush Administration for virtually everything - and with his own mantra of change - Obama has already made exceptions to his own hailed ethics policy, presented a simplistic Middle East policy, shown complete disregard for the families of those lost on 9/11 (and, tangentially, for American security) and appears to show disdain for the unborn future of America and elsewhere.

Yes, sir, juxtaposed to Bush's "wrong way," it certainly looks like Obama is doing things right.

President Obama Uses Islamovision To Apologize For America

In one of his first acts as President of the United States, Barack Obama goes on Arab TV.

On January 27, 2009  President Barack Hussein Obama sat down for an interview on Al Arabiya, an Islamovision TV network. In the interview, he apologized for how America has conducted foreign policy because, he says: “all too often the United States starts by dictating.”

This comes from a man whose wife said during the election that this was the first time she felt proud of her country; from a man whose former pastor hates whites and Israel; and from a man who was raised by a Muslim father and briefly by Muslim stepfather while attending elementary school in Indonesia.

What was the reaction of Islamic tyrant Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran to Obama? -- “Those who speak of change must apologize to the Iranian people and try to repair their past bad acts and crimes they committed against Iran.”

“He should know that Muslims will never accept non-Muslims because we are considered infidels – and outside of the faith. In the mind of men like Ahmadinejad, we all should be killed,” said TVC Chairman Rev. Louis P. Sheldon.

“Obama describes his job as President to communicate to Americans that we have a stake in the well-being of the Muslim world – and that another function of his job is to tell Americans about how many wonderful Muslims there are in the world. Why?” “Why does Obama think it’s his duty to educate Americans on Islam or to minimize reality of Islamic terrorism around the globe? Is he President of the United States or the President of Islam?” said Sheldon. ”

Obama told the Arab TV network interviewer: “Now, my job is to communicate the fact that the United States has a stake in the well-being of the Muslim world, that the language we use has to be a language of respect. I have Muslim members of my family. I have lived in Muslim countries.” 

“… my job is to communicate to the American people that the Muslim world is filled with extraordinary people who simply want to live their lives and see their children live better lives. My job to the Muslim world is to communicate that the Americans are not your enemy. We sometimes make mistakes. We have not been perfect. But if you look at the track record, as you say, America was not born as a colonial power, and that the same respect and partnership that America had with the Muslim world as recently as 20 or 30 years ago, there's no reason why we can't restore that. And that I think is going to be an important task.”

“We're going to follow through on our commitment for me to address the Muslim world from a Muslim capital. We are going to follow through on many of my commitments to do a more effective job of reaching out, listening, as well as speaking to the Muslim world.” ***

“…what we need to understand is, is that there are extremist organizations – whether Muslim or any other faith in the past – that will use faith as a justification for violence. We cannot paint with a broad brush a faith as a consequence of the violence that is done in that faith's name.”

10 reasons why abortion is evil

1. Abortion Offends GodAbortion is never a mere personal choice but a grave offense against God and His creation. The anti-abortion struggle has always been a religious battle and foremost in its ranks have been Catholics across the country. This is because Church teaching on abortion is clear and unequivocal: Abortion is murder. There are no exceptions allowed, no compromises possible.

2. The Unnoticed WarThe continuing war on terror has lead to a renewed national consciousness of the high price of war, and, for many, a heightened desire for peace. Yet, despite all this concern, the most horrible war of all has gone all but unnoticed. This is a war going on within our own borders, and it has claimed 42 million American lives in the last 31 years.
This scourge is as horrible as anything terrorists can fathom, because it strikes at the very core of humanity and our country: the family. By destroying the most basic human bond of all—that between mother and child—abortion dissolves the precious glue that binds our nation together.
While mother and child are the first victims, there is not a single element of society that is not affected by abortion. Mother, child, father, husband, aunt, uncle, friend, sibling and grandparent alike suffer the scars of the abortionist’s scalpel. Peace abroad is meaningless without peace at home.

3. Life starts at the moment of conception. This is the definition given in any respectable medical textbook. To declare a beginning of life at any point after the fusing of a wife’s egg and a husband’s contribution is irrational and an exercise in sophistical chicanery. Only machines such as clocks and cars come into existence part by part. Living beings come into existence all at once and gradually unfold their world of innate potential. A living human begins to exist at the moment of conception, even though only as a cell. What is important is not the accident of size or weight but the essence – which is fully human. The unborn baby has a distinct, unchanging and unrepeatable genetic code, unique in all of history, from the moment of conception till death. Nothing is added except nutrition and oxygen.

4. Mankind must protect life whenever possibleThe first and foremost instinct of humans is preservation of life. This begins with self-preservation, and extends to all humanity through domestic bonds and realization of a like nature. "Pregnancy termination" stops the beating heart of a growing human being and is in direct contradiction to this most basic premise of human nature. It forsakes natural law, and has left America as a country unable to repopulate itself without the aid of mass immigration.

5. Abortion is an unsafe procedure Compared with other medical procedures, the abortion industry is largely unregulated. Although there are no exact statistics for the number of women who die from botched procedures, LifeDynamics.com compiled a list of 347 women killed by legal abortions since 1973. Furthermore, according to the National Cancer Institute, an induced abortion raises a woman's chance of getting cancer before age 45, by 50%. If the abortion is performed after age 30, it increases 110%; if before age 18, it goes up 150%.
The Coalition on Abortion/Breast Cancer reports: "28 out of 37 worldwide studies have independently linked induced abortion with breast cancer. Thirteen out of fifteen studies conducted on American women report increased risk. Seventeen studies are statistically significant, sixteen of which found increased risk. Most of the studies have been conducted by abortion supporters."

6. Embryonic stem-cell and human cloning research: a biogenetic Tower of Babe In a cynical but logical progression, the culture of death is now bent on engendering human life so as to destroy it. Its new frontier is embryonic stem-cell and human cloning research. In the name of science and health, human life is destroyed at its very inception and "limited" cloning is used to produce usable cells that can be manipulated and harvested to aid the living. In short, the remaining ethical barriers that preserve human dignity and God's rights in Creation are steadily coming down. The biotech revolution has as its avowed goal not just curing disease but the construction of a "brave new world" of genetic engineering, changing the very makeup and design of man himself. We cannot permit the completion of this challenge to God, a new Tower of Babel, which will be like another Pandora's box, unleashing untold ethical and moral havoc on our nation.

7. Breaking the abortion cycle. Abortion is evil because it created a horrific abortion cycle that perpetuates this sin. The abortion mentality destroys the family by making it more difficult for new Americans who survive beyond the womb to find the family welded together by the indissoluble bond of marriage solely between a man and a woman. Children need families that will nurture them, guard their innocence and develop their personalities. In particular, all children must find within their homes the Faith that enables them to know, love and serve God in this world and be happy with Him forever in the next. As long as the traditional family remains in crisis, we will never sever the power lines that supply the abortion mills. As long as the Faith remains dead in souls, we will never wipe out the moral rot of sexual immorality, which is the contaminated soil where the abortion movement grows and flourishes.

8. Roe v. Wade: 31 Years of LiesThe 31st anniversary of the Supreme Court’s infamous Roe v. Wade decision legalizing abortion-on-demand calls to mind the biggest pack of lies ever set in motion - lies that have cost the lives of more than 42 million innocent babies cruelly torn from their mothers' wombs. How can such slaughter, numerically on par with Hitler's Germany or Stalin’s Russia, be tolerated by the present United States of America, a republic purportedly based on moral values and human rights?

9. Addressing an abortionist. Once you were an enchanting child, as all babies are. Today you are an abortionist, a killer of babies. Do you not regret your wicked deeds? Do you not see the innocent blood of our children that stains your hands and cries out to God? Have you no shame as did our first parents when they sinned against God? Why do you not turn to Him today, seek His forgiveness and His strength never again to murder the innocent? Would you not rather bring children into the world than destroy them? Children you could raise with respect for life to take the place of those you robbed from God?

10. The dangerous slippery slopeYesterday it was contraception. Today it's abortion, the murder of unborn children, and same-sex "marriage." Will it be euthanasia tomorrow? Then what...? Once abortion is universally accepted, what logical arguments will stop euthanasia and other forms of murder?

Other helpful tidbits- The unborn baby"s heart starts beating at 20 days and the brain gives off brainwaves at 40 days. If these factors are used by the law to determine death, why can't they be used to determine life?-

Babies can survive outside the womb at 21 weeks. -

By 14 weeks, the entire body surface, except the back and top of the head, are sensitive to pain.

The embryo is not a blueprint that becomes a human being, any more than a paper blueprint becomes a house.

My view on abortion

Abortion. What is it? Liberals would argue that it is a womans right to end a pregnancy. Conservatives argue that it is murder. Which is it? A right or murder? Frankly, it is murder. There IS NO OTHER WAY OF PUTTING IT!

I was sitting at home yesterday on my day off watching the news about president Obama and his views on abortion. I am not going to "sugarcoat" what I felt towards our president. The man makes me sick to my stomach. He has NO REGARD for human life and the fact that he calls himself a christian is a joke. Hey Obama, maybe you should put down the Koran and pick up a bible.

We all have our own views and opinions, and I am entitled to mine. Obama is a child killer. No he is not out picking children up off the streets and killing them, but none the less, he is going to be responsible for thousands of innocent lives lost. It makes me ashamed that this so called christian is our commander in chief.

When will we stand up and protect the rights of the unborn? EVERY child has a right to life. I am so sick and tired of the left wing nuts saying its a womans right. Last time I checked the constitution, murder was not one of our rights. Bottom line is its a child not a choice.

The Bible clearly prohibits taking the life of an innocent person. It follows that if the developing baby is a "qualified" member of the human race, all of these scriptures apply:
Genesis 9:6 - Whoever sheds man’s blood, by man his blood shall be shed, for in the image of God He made man.
Exodus 20:13 - You shall not murder.
Deuteronomy 27:25a - Cursed is he who accepts a bribe to strike down an innocent person.
Proverbs 6:16-19 - There are six things which the LORD hates, yes, seven which are an abomination to Him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood...

Vatican troubled by President Obama’s abortion move

VATICAN CITY - Vatican officials said yesterday they were disappointed by President Barack Obama’s decision to end a ban on federal funding for international groups that perform abortions or provide information on them.
Monsignor Rino Fisichella, who heads the Vatican’s Pontifical Academy for Life, said in an interview, “If this is one of President Obama’s first acts, I have to say, in all due respect, that we’re heading quickly toward disappointment.”
Obama signed an executive order that ended the ban on Friday.

“This deals a harsh blow not only to us Catholics but to all the people across the world who fight against the slaughter of innocents that is carried out with the abortion,” another official, Monsignor Elio Sgreccia, said.

Obama, now that you work for me ...

Dear President-elect Obama:

First, congratulations on your victory. The historical magnitude of your presidential win is nothing short of stupendous and a colossal fulfillment of the American dream (an achievement embedded long ago in the equality clauses of the Declaration of Independence). Your life has served and will serve as an example to countless millions, and I pray that you will live up to that honorable position and responsibility.

Now that Democrats have a virtual monopoly over our land, with control of the White House, both houses of Congress, a majority of gubernatorial positions, state legislatures, the courts, the news media, the unions and the entertainment and educational fields, it would be relatively easy for you to rule as king, casting liberal edicts in any direction. But now will come your biggest test: Will you be able to lead the other half of the country that doesn't agree with your vision, views and policies?

It's no big surprise that I don't see politically eye-to-eye with you. Actually, I stand in stark opposition to most of your politics. Still, even in our differences, I realize that we must learn to work together if we are to see our country get back on track. After Election Day, I asked myself, despite the outcome, how can I work for our new president to help better America? Then the thought occurred to me, the first question that should be answered is: How will you work for me? After all, it is "We, the People" of the Constitution for whom you are employed, correct?

So I outlined a few ways you might begin to gain the respect of those who oppose you and show that your campaign pledges to bridge the divides were not empty promises to get you into office. And these requests I make are based upon the inaugural oath you will make on Jan. 20, "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of president of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." No doubt these won't be my only suggestions through the years, but they serve as a good beginning:

1. Use and cite the Constitution. If that constitutional oath ("preserve, protect and defend") is the central duty of your job description, then I would assume we will be hearing often from you about exactly how you are doing just that. There is no replacement for strict adherence, application and defense of the Constitution. And it's high time that presidents quit tritely reciting the presidential oath only to abandon its tenets when they enter the Oval Office. You should be publicly quoting from the Constitution as often as a preacher quotes the Bible to his congregation – at least weekly. If you take this oath and challenge seriously, you will limit the powers of federal government, reduce taxes (for everyone), encourage the freedom of religion and expression (even in the public square) and stand up for such things as our right to bear arms. The American public and the government have lost their grip on the content and role of the Constitution, and, if you choose, you can help to re-educate and model its usage for them.

2. Protect American life. Thomas Jefferson wrote in 1809, "The care of human life and happiness, and not their destruction, is the first and only legitimate object of good government." Those are powerful and enlightening words – "first and only legitimate object of good government." Of course, such a role was created and secured in the very fabric of our nation – in the Declaration of Independence. The commitment to protect life should serve as a basis to all you do, even as a foundation for your national defense strategy or to protect human life from the womb to the grave. I'm sure the first of your secret briefings this last week on our global security threats have opened your eyes some to the extensive onslaught of our enemies. Don't allow your pride, partisanship, personal bias or political abilities to ever jeopardize the safety of Americans lives. As commander in chief, you are called to preserve American life. Quite frankly, that is why I'm surprised that a man like you, who professes to fight for minorities, would not recognize the clear value of a human life in the womb. Federal law should not decree the sacrifice of one human life for the preference of another. Both lives should be protected. Otherwise what do Jefferson's 1809 words mean? As president, you are called to protect (not destroy) human life – it is the "first and only legitimate object of good government.

3. Learn from the mistakes of your Democratic predecessors. I'm referring specifically to presidents Carter and Clinton. Despite how many trumpet their accomplishments today, they learned big lessons at our expense about international diplomacy and economic recovery. Carter's diplomatic naïveté, combined with his overly altruistic belief that America's enemies can be won by a smile and handshake, ultimately gave rise to Ahmadinejad's Iranian regime. Furthermore, Carter's handling of our economic affairs also led to the highest interest, inflation and unemployment rates in history. You were only a young man, I realize, but I respectfully wonder if you know of those lessons, or might be doomed to repeat them? You can increase the taxes of individuals who make more than $200,000. You can impose the same on companies and corporations. But don't believe for a minute that they aren't even now making plans and moving their monies into overseas accounts. Any businessman knows that such tax increases will trickle down to employees, shareholders, consumers or further tempt them to take their productivity abroad where costs are lower. And what will be the effect on our economy? Isn't it obvious? And don't forget this: Bush is only partially to blame for our economic woes. Remember, it was the Clinton administration in 1999 that was the primary contributor to our Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae subprime fiasco (and subsequent Wall Street bailout need), by extending billions of mortgage loans to those who wouldn't or couldn't ever pay them back. Though gloating over his end-term budget surplus, Clinton paved the path through his government backing of millions of toxic mortgages to low income households – all of which would turn into gargantuan balloon payments years down the road that would bankrupt corporations and lead to our economic recession.

4. Lead more from the center. It's been pointed out by countless pundits. Your track record is clear. You have one of the most liberal records in the Senate. You've had the liberty of voting and fighting for an agenda "from the left," as you've tried to persuade state and congressional constituents to do the same. But if you continue to lead our country down a more liberal road, you will follow the peril of Clinton as well. He stepped into office and initially tried to lift the ban on gays in the military and extend abortion rights, only to prompt the creation of a more-balanced and strong Republican Congress in the 1990s. Don't underestimate the resurrecting power of the conservative voice. You observed in Tuesday's election how three states across this union voted to protect marriage in their constitutions (the 28th, 29th and 30th states to do so – California, Arizona and Florida). We will be watching how you lead Pelosi and Reid. We will be observing those you select as candidates for Supreme Court justices. The election is over. No more promises. No more words. You might work well in a team, but this time you don't have congressional members to hide behind. You're on your own – leading the pack – and the whole country is watching. Especially me. So make sure you lead more from the center.

There is one thing I will be specifically doing for you, as you carry the weight to lead our nation. I will be praying for you. As the scripture says, "I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone – for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness." You have my word – I'll be praying.

Obama won -- Get over it!?

Soon after the election, an acquaintance sent me an email telling me that "the vote came in, Obama won, and we all need to move on."

Move on? MOVE ON?! Hmmm. Should I also stick my head in the ground like an ostrich and pretend that everything is fine?!

Is it any wonder our country is in such a mess?! Imagine if our forefathers had just "moved on" before deciding to fight for our independence! What if our nation had just "moved on" when pearl harbor was attacked? Now, you might say, "Well those were huge events and this was just an election." Well, I am sorry to burst your little denial bubble, but the election of a man who has proven to be an enemy of God to lead our beautiful America IS A HUGE EVENT! It is a terrible catastrophe, actually! You do not have to believe me. You can call me crazy even. BUT MARK MY WORDS---History will prove that the election of Barack Hussein Obama was a pivotal moment in our nation's history of which the sad consequences will be felt for generations the world over!

So how did I respond to my acquaintance? Here is a copy of the email I sent:


Hello.......

Thank you for writing me. I pray that you understand what I am about to say and are not offended. If however, what I write does offend, then, although I feel bad for you, I make no apologies for the truth. My loyalties will ALWAYS be to my lord and savior, Jesus Christ, before any man or woman.

Please understand that for those of us whom place a high value on morality and family values and actually prove it by our vote, it is not just a matter of "moving on" but of continuing to stand up for truth and righteousness. As a follower of Christ, I have higher moral standards to follow than those of the "world".

Needless to say, I am saddened and surprised that, calling yourself a Catholic, you would vote for such an immoral, liberal, socialist, and anti-American for economic reasons. Maybe one day we can discuss it, as most people who voted "Obama" can never give me any solid reasons for doing so. They just repeat the same old "change" or war or economics rhetoric. Ironically, economics are not going to get better under Obama.

Obama is going to bring "change" alright, just not the change people wanted or thought! History will reveal what many of us who truly took the time to educate ourselves already know. We actually looked at the candidates voting records and learned what they really stood for and not just the pretty words they said, like "yes, we can!"

The McCain/Palin 2008 republican platform was the most pro-life and pro-marriage conservative platform ever, even more so than Ronald Reagan's republican platform (I was a youngster then, but I have studied all the great presidents of the past), whereas the 2008 democratic platform was the most pro-abortion, pro-gay marriage, most liberal platform EVER in the history of the United States. Obama Did not advertise that and sadly, most people got all their news from the Obama-biased media who fed them nothing but hype and lies and NEVER told the truth and twisted the facts.

This election revealed A LOT about everyone. At the end of our lives, God is not going to care if your "side" won or lost. He is simply going to care: What side where you on? Where you on the side of protecting our precious unborn babies? Where you on the side of protecting the sanctity and institution of marriage? Where you on the side of truth and righteousness? As many brave Pastors and Priests have told their congregations in the weeks following the election, "If you voted for Obama, you voted for a MURDERER. If you voted for Obama, you voted AGAINST God."

How dare they call themselves Christians or Catholics or followers of Christ!! Now, No one has the right to judge, however, clearly, people chose a "side" in this election. Just by hearing who people voted for reveals a lot about that person and their integrity and relationship with their savior OR lack thereof.

This nation has been a blessed nation BECAUSE we have been a nation founded on Judeo-Christian values. For the past 50 years, this country has been turning away from God and still expecting to be blessed. We do not vote for financial reasons and throw aside morality. We will get neither and lose both. We need to vote for MORALITY and then can again become a nation with blessings abound, financial and otherwise.

I don't need or want Obama or any other earthly figure to be my "messiah" or save me. I ALREADY have a messiah and a savior. His name is Jesus Christ.

By reading the Bible people can learn that when a man of Obama's character and values is ALLOWED by God to rule, it is a time for judgment. America has turned away from God and so America now has the president we deserve. I wonder if we are we still one nation under God. Where are people placing their faith in God or in man?

IS PRESIDENT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA REALLY A CHRISTIAN OR AN ENEMY OF GOD?

"You adulterous people, don't you know that friendship with the world is hatred toward God? Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God."  James 4:4

Obama was very up front during the campaign about his Christian faith. Only God can judge his heart if indeed he has accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior, but based on his public statements about his faith as well as his actions, it is critical to explore what he believes and see if this man really is a Christian as he claims. What does Obama believe regarding the basic tenets of the Christian faith? What does he believe about salvation?

Obama is part of this new and emerging group of Christians I have called the "religious left." The "religious left" is made up of people who identify themselves as Christians and hold strong religious beliefs as well as sharing left-wing ideals. Obviously, this group has risen up in opposition to those who have been tagged the "religious right" or the "Christian right." Those in the "religious left" oppose God on issues like abortion and gay marriage, but are heavily involved in the ecumenical movement, environmental issues, opposing war for any reason, world hunger, and social issues like healthcare, welfare, and education. Sound familiar?

Last summer, I sent a formal invitation to Obama to sit down with me on camera and deal with these serious questions regarding what he believes about his Christian faith. He was been eager to talk about his faith to the media and appeared on many televised programs specifically about what he believes. Sadly, those who interviewed him and moderated these special programs on faith, either didn't have the understanding or desire to ask Senator Obama the critical questions to determine what this man really believes regarding the foundational beliefs of Christianity.

A Christian, according to the Bible, is a person who has made the conscious choice to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior by faith and follow Him. You CANNOT be a true follower of Jesus Christ and deny the Truth of the Bible. It is inconsistent to say, " I am a Christian," yet live in rebellion to the Bible. It is apparent as you listen to Obama speak about his faith, that he does NOT hold the Bible to be the inspired, inerrant Word of God, representing Absolute Truth and our final authority in all matters. Jesus said, "If you love me you will obey me," and that means His Word!

So what are Obama's beliefs about the most important issue of all, how to be saved? He claims his mother rejected Christ, yet he knows she is in Heaven. He stated in a recent interview, "I believe that there are many paths to the same place." This is the damnable universalistic lie leading millions of souls to hell that there are many roads leading to God. He also said that "he doesn't know if he is going to Heaven, nor does he believe he or anyone will go to Hell." How can you claim to be a Christian, yet not believe in Heaven and Hell?

JESUS SAID," I AM THE WAY AND THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH ME." JESUS TAUGHT THAT THERE WAS ONLY ONE WAY TO BE SAVED, AND THAT IS THROUGH FAITH IN HIM, AND THAT THOSE WHO "BELIEVED IN HIM" WOULD BE FOREVER WITH HIM IN HEAVEN, AND THOSE WHO REJECTED HIM WOULD BE CAST INTO HELL FOR ALL ETERNITY. HOW CAN YOU CLAIM TO BE A CHRISTIAN YET DENY GOD'S PLAN OF SALVATION THAT SUPPOSEDLY SAVED YOUR SOUL???

The fact Obama denies Jesus is the only way to be saved, that there is no Heaven or Hell, that the Bible is not the only Truth, calls into question whether he believes Jesus was immaculately conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin as the Bible claims, or that Jesus literally rose from the dead as we are told in Scripture. Faith in Christ is not a political game, but a life changing experience that determines where your soul will spend eternity. It is time for Obama to be held accountable for what he says he believes to examine if he really is a Christian!

Also calling his faith into question is his position on three key spiritual issues that transcend into the political arena. ON ALL THREE OBAMA IS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF GOD! First is his position on abortion. His entire political career he has not just voted to uphold the slaughter of innocent babies, but he has been a defender of those rights. He has been such a staunch defender of this practice of legalized infanticide that he was endorsed by NARAL, one of the world's leading baby killing organizations. GOD CALLS ABORTION MURDER AND NO CHRISTIAN IN CONSCIENCE CAN DEFEND OR SUPPORT MURDERING INNOCENT BABIES!

Obama, once elected will sign into law the Freedom of Choice act and numerous other things to insure that abortion-on-demand at any stage is protected here in the United States AND around the world.  He is also going to use hundreds of millions of YOUR TAX DOLLARS TO PAY FOR ABORTIONS HERE AND AROUND THE WORLD!!!

Second, is his position on the sin of homosexuality. Again, his entire political career Obama has been a staunch ally and supporter of the homosexual community. He is in favor of redefining God's Holy Institution of Marriage to include men marrying men and women marrying women, he is in favor of redefining God's plan for the family to include adoption by same sex couples, and he is in favor of special rights for people who choose to engage in deviant sexual relationships. GOD CALLS HOMOSEXUALITY AN ABOMINATION AND THE BIBLE DEFINES THIS ACT AS A SIN FROM THE OLD TESTAMENT THROUGH THE NEW TESTAMENT.

Third, is his position on Israel. Obama is in favor of giving away part of the land that God Himself gave to the children of Israel to their enemies, whose stated goal and desire is to kill every Jew and wipe them off the face of the earth. God's promise to Abraham found in Genesis 12:3 is still in effect. It reads, " I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you." NO MAN HAS THE RIGHT TO GIVE AWAY THE LAND GOD HIMSELF GAVE TO ISRAEL!

If Obama wants to support slaughtering babies, the homosexual agenda, giving away Israel's land to their enemies, and promote New Age lies about salvation, that is fine. However, don't do these things and call yourself a Christian. I never have or ever will endorse any candidate, tell people who to or not to vote for. I tried to warn all Christians that you can't separate your faith in Christ from who you elect to influence the spiritual issues of our day. You are not voting for a pastor, but should be voting for someone who will uphold your faith and values. When you vote, you are voting your conscience.  Sadly, many professing Believers laid aside their faith this past November.

I will be praying for President Obama and his family. Praying that he has a real encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ. His campaign slogan was CHANGE. I pray that Barack Obama will CHANGE from being an enemy of God who lies to people that there are many roads that lead to God to being a man of God who will boldly and without shame tell people the ONLY way to be saved is through faith in Jesus Christ. I pray that Barack Obama will CHANGE from being an enemy of God who supports the legal slaughter of babies to being a man of God who seeks to overturn Roe vs. Wade and take the Federal Government out of the business of legally slaughtering babies.

I pray that Barack Obama will CHANGE from being an enemy of God who supports gay marriage, gay adoptions, special rights for gays, to being a man of God who will condemn this sin and try to help those in bondage to homosexuality find freedom. I pray that Barack Obama will CHANGE from being an enemy of God who seeks to give away the land God gave to Israel to being a man of God who will be a friend to and defender of the Jewish people.

I love you and care about you so much. The Christian faith is not a buffet where you can pick and choose what you want to believe. We don't get to determine what Truth is, God has already done that and given it to us in the Bible. The public statements Obama has made about being a Christian and his position on key spiritual issues are totally inconsistent with someone who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. His chief campaign slogan was CHANGE. I pray that President Barack Obama will CHANGE from being an enemy of God to a friend of God!!!

10 reasons why Obama sucks

I don’t know how many times I’ve heard the words “Obama” and “Messiah” used in the same sentence. To liberals, Barack Obama is a spotless god-like figure who will save America from the scourge of neo-conservatism. I’m totally sick of hearing and reading your hero-worshiping crap, folks. Let’s face reality: like so many other powerful politicians in this country, Barack Obama sucks:

1. The Race Card: Whether it be in suggesting that anyone who doesn’t vote for him because he is black is probably a republican, or in blaming Bush administration racism on a slow response to Hurricane Katrina, Obama is quite comfortable playing the race card.

2. Anti-Indian: After the Obama campaign released a paper disparaging other candidates for their ties to the Indian-American community, the chairman of the bipartisan US India Political Action Committee, Sanjay Puri, stated that the Obama Campaign was “engaging in the worst kind of anti-Indian American stereotyping.” Of course, Obama denied any hand in the racist document put out by his campaign.

3. Corrupt Buddies: Tony Rezko, a long time friend and fund-raiser for Obama, was indicted last fall on federal charges that accuse him of demanding kickbacks from companies seeking state business. When asked about his friend, Obama said, “I’ve never done any favors for him.” This turned out to be a lie, as evidence turned up proving that Obama had written letters to city and state officials praising Rezko’s business practices.

4. Wal-Mart Ties: While bashing of Wal-Mart’s labor practices in public, Obama has been profiting from their business through the money his wife made as a member of the board of directors for a company that produces food for the mega-corporation.

5. Religious Ties: Is Obama a Muslim? Is he a Christian? Nobody is 100% sure, but it is true that Obama was raised in a Muslim family and at one time attended an Islamic school. He currently claims to be a convert to Christianity, but some are concerned about his Muslim upbringing.

6. Anti-Second Amendment: Obama is one of the most anti-Second Amendment legislators in the country. He supports a ban the sale or transfer of all forms of semi-automatic weapons.

7. Gas-guzzler: Obama might attack American automakers for not making enough environmental friendly automobiles, but when he goes home he drives a gas-guzzling V-8 hemi-powered Chrysler 300.

8. Obama Ringtones: The most annoying campaign tool ever.

9. The best way to support our troops is to criticize their every move. This will let them know they’re thought of often.

10. Sexual harassment, groping and drug use are degenerate if you’re the governor of California, but it’s okay if you’re the President of the United States.

11. Sex education should be required so that teens can make informed choices about sex, but gun education should be banned because it will turn those same teens into maniacal mass-murderers.

12. Minorities are blameless for the hatred of the racist; women are blameless for the hatred of the rapist; but America is entirely at fault for the hatred of Islamofascists.

13. Poverty is the cause of all terrorism...which is why the leaders of al Qaeda are typically U.S.-educated and were raised in wealth and luxury.

14. The Patriot Act is a horrific compromise of Constitutional rights, but anti-Second Amendment laws and Franklin Roosevelt’s Presidential Order 9066 must be regarded “reasonable precautions.”

15. We should unquestioningly honor the wishes of our age-old allies, even when said allies no longer act like our allies and have vested economic interests in propping up our enemies.

16. Socialized medicine is the ideal. Nevermind all those people who spend every dime they have to get to the United States so they can get quality medical care...that their nation’s socialized health care can’t provide.

17. Michael Moore, Noam Chomsky and Natalie Maines are perfectly qualified to criticize our leadership, but Arnold Schwarzenegger, Charlton Heston, and Dennis Miller are just ignorant political hacks.

18. John Lott’s research on how gun ownership reduces crime is junk science, but Michael Bellesiles is still an authority on why gun control is good (even though he was forced to resign from Emory due to research misconduct over his book “Arming America”).

19. Bush’s toppling the Saddam regime was a “diversion,” but Clinton’s lobbing a couple of cruise missiles at Iraq in the thick of the Lewinsky sex scandal was “sending a message.”

20. A president who lies under oath is okay, but a president who references sixteen words from an allies’ intelligence report should be dragged through the streets naked.

21.Government should limit itself to the powers named in the Constitution, which include banning Second Amendment rights and shopping the courts for judges sympathetic to causes that wouldn’t pass in any legislature.

I am a proud American!

Hello! My name is Marisela. I was born and raised in sunny Southern California! I am a proud American! I love my country AND I did my homework. That is why I voted for McCain/Palin 'O8. Unfortunately, not everyone did their homework & in a year or so many will regret voting for Obama. You'll see! Now before you assume I didn't vote for Obama because he's half black and you call me a rascist or a dedicated republican or whatever. Then, that further proves my point that people have gotten lazy and decided who to vote for based on "change" or race or who's young & hip, or out of hatred for Bush, or ignorance on war and economics and not what really matters!

Life matters! (protect the unborn) Obama even voted AGAINST the ban for Partial-birth abortion.

Marriage matters! (protect the definition of marriage as being between 1 man and 1 woman) God himself instituted marriage. It is the ARROGANCE of man to attempt to change or re-define marriage.

Protecting our country matters! People may NOT like war but remember we have not had an attack on U.S. soil since 9/11 and considering Obama's MANY questionable ties, that may soon sadly change. Sometimes war is necessary ex.-the Civil War ended slavery. Holding hands and singing Kumbaya with people who have sworn to live to see the destruction of the U.S. and Israel won't work. (the Muslims vowed to destroy the U.S. from within & the U.S. presidency seems to fit that bill, don't you think?)

Money matters! Overtaxing the very businesses that provide jobs and giving it to those who want handouts will hurt everyone. Businesses will leave the U.S. taking jobs with them leading to higher unemployment and people getting handouts will lose motivation to aspire to reach their financial dreams. This is socialism and that is the a big step toward communism. As the old adage goes "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” Dreams are achieved by working for them and not believing in false illusions that the government will do it for you by "spreading the wealth around" (socialism). A responsible government should encourage job creation, not job elimination with its taxation policies.

Freedom matters! When the government feeds you--the government owns you! When activist judges ignore the will of the people we ALL lose our voice! More federal laws and programs leads to bigger government which equals less freedom.

God Matters! Attending a church for 20 years that spews out hatred for one race over another says alot about Obama's true colors. Associations matter! Obama's many "friends" and "connections" reveal alot more about Obama than Obama supporters and biased Mainstream media would like to admit. "tell me who you surround yourself with and I will tell you who you are".

Freedom of Speech matters! Right to bear arms matters! Family matters! Thankfully, God is still in control, but we do have free will and the people ignored the things that truly mattered and voted for "change". Interestingly, Hitler was adored by the masses and obvious negatives were overlooked as he promised "change". ( hmm, sounds familiar) Let's see in a couple of years how much Obama supporters like this "change"!

Perhaps doing your homework should have "mattered" more!

In the bible when a man of Obama's beliefs was allowed by God to lead a nation meant only one thing --Judgement. Obama's 2008 democratic platform has been the most pro- abortion, pro-gay marriage , pro-socialism platform in history, whereas, McCain's 2008 republican platform was the most pro- life (even more than Reagan) pro-traditional marriage, conservative platform in history. And yet the man voted the Most Liberal Senator of 2007 was also voted the President of our United States by the majority of the people. Obviously, the people have turned away from our Judeo -Christian roots and all that is moral and right forgetting that our nation has always been a blessed nation BECAUSE we have been a CHRISTIAN nation.

We are men and women from different walks of life and this is our very own Christian Conservative Revolution! This blog was born out of the frustration so many of us felt in the 2008 Presidential elections!

We decided to throw our shock, sadness, disappointment and funnel it into something positive and productive, such as this blog!
